Instructions for Speakers
- Each regular presentation is allocated 15 minutes for the talk, followed by 4 minutes for discussion and 1 minute for transition and introduction of the next speaker.
- Plenary lectures are allocated 50 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
- Keynote lectures are allocated 30 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
- There is no official presentation template designated by the conference. Presenters are encouraged to use their own preferred format, as long as it is clear and effective for communication.
- Each presentation room is equipped with a projector supporting standard VGA input only. An HDMI-to-VGA adapter will be provided in each room; however, please note that compatibility with all personal laptops cannot be guaranteed. If your device does not support VGA output, we recommend bringing your own compatible adapter.
- All speakers are kindly requested to introduce themselves to their session chair and the technical support staff prior to the start of their session.
Instructions for Session Chairs
- Please meet with all speakers in your session during the break before your session begins, if they have not already introduced themselves.
- Encourage active discussion following each presentation.
